What is it like to work at Optix?
Working at Optix is an interesting and wholly unique experience, challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Coming from a non-IT background and with no knowledge of the Optical industry, every day has been a school day. With the help and guidance of the Support Team, I have since been able to gain new skills and learn an incredible amount about an industry that had not even been on my radar previously. The atmosphere in the office, and within the team, is fantastic – there’s always fun to be had and there’s a real dedication to providing good service and assistance to both clients and colleagues alike.

Working at Optix offers a great opportunity to develop as a Tester. You get involved with a lot of different aspects of the testing process. Optix encourages individuals to use their initiative and experience to put things into practice and to improve/develop current testing processes and documentation. The team works as one and communication and collaboration with other areas of the business are vital.
