allowing you to increase your recall response rates and improve
your customer service for both existing and new patients.

Optix is designed to help you to stay ahead of your competitors. Whilst the major optical groups are still working towards offering a complete online service to their customers, Optix users already have this option available.

Your patients will soon expect to be able to book an eye examination online in the same way everyone now arranges flights and theatre tickets. The Optix MySight online portal offers real-time appointment booking for both existing and new patients along with the ability to view prescription and contact lens details, see fundus photographs and update personal contact information.

Optix users can offer this service to their customers using our MySight portal which integrates easily with your existing website.

Your practice diary is never shown online and you define the type of appointments bookable, which optometrists offer these appointments and the times they are available. In order to make an appointment, new patients need to supply a unique email address and enter a verification code which confirms the address is valid. All appointments booked online are clearly highlighted in your diary.
